- Hold the OK button down for 10 seconds until the "reset to factory" option presents itself. Upon a reboot, it should grab updated information from our servers and should come back within 5 minutes.
- If you are the only one having clarity issues and you work with other people who have the same phone, try swapping the pigtail cord AND the handset with another phone and see if that fixes the issue.
- If you keep getting disconnected or the quality of the phone call is bad, one of the things you can try is to make sure that the ethernet cable connected to the back of your phone is clipped all of the way in. Try removing it, blow into the hole to make sure any dust or particles are removed and then plug it back in securely. These cords sometimes get pulled out a bit as people move the phones on their desks so sometimes it just needs a good connection.
- If the phone isn't powering on, make sure you are plugging the ethernet cord from the wall into the "Internet" port on the back. Most places that have these phones use PoE for power and if you plug the wrong ethernet into "Internet" port or plug the "PC" port into the wall, the phone won't turn on. If you still can't get it to power on, check around your desk for a disconnected power cord for the phone as some places still use dedicated power cords.
