Yealink phones should have a voicemail button on them which you can press. If not, simply dial *97 and put your password in if requested.
If you want to change your greeting, press 0 in the voicemail menu to enter the "Mailbox Options".
The "Unavailable Message" is the one that most people associate with a standard outgoing message.
The "Busy Message" is the message that people hear if you see the phone ring and you send them to voicemail.
